Mega Man OC: Sky Woman

Yay, my first Mega Man OC! I tried to adapt my style to the classic series, dunno I was completely successful, but it was quite fun. XD
Her name is Sky Woman, she has the power to control the weather within her limited range. My idea is that she was created by Thomas Light to help with climate on plantation areas/farms where it hasn't rained for a long time. Since she spends a lot of time outdoors, Sky Woman has a reserve energy collected from the sunlight, though it isn't her main source of energy, it's more for emergencies.
Her serial number is DLN. 009.
Her personality is a gentle type. She's quite polite and ladylike, showing signs of naivete when first activated, but growing more mature over time. Sky Woman also starts showing a more motherly side, specially towards Rock and Roll.
